Nuclear Threat
If we recalled the nuclear bombing of Hiroshima One can realise
the destruction Caused by a nuclear attack, It was fifty-three
years ago, but still The victims are suffering, Not a story based
on fake. No one can describe the scene of the annihilation. Heat
soared up to six thousand degrees, A fireball of two hundred
meters Rose up like a mushroom, The bodies of human beings melted
to skeletons, Burned beyond recognition, The whole city flattened
to the ground, From the destructive power nuclear, How can we
safeguarded from the fear, Only solution for the problem, Quest
for peace with anticipation, The desire of billion hearts of our
region
Train of Chance
The train is coming to a halt, This is the time to get on
it, If you miss the chance, that may be all your fault, Losing the
last opportunity, One has to face, so much difficulty, They say
luck, once in lifetime, Knocks on your door, So, better be
prepared with conformity, Under an irresistible power, That we
know as destiny, Which opens different ways for different
persons, When you are on the right track, You are fated to
win, Talent is the driving-force behind success.
In
Jail and Away from Home
What a bitter experience in a foreign jail, Always with sudden
fear and to wail, Shaken to hear the sound of the policemen's
boot, Who's come to see her, to hoot, A dreadful shock at the time
of interrogation, A hey-day for the big brass in jubilation, They
were boisterous and careless, Besides beating, forced to be topless,
Then she was taken into a cell, Not allowed to sleep, no food to
eat, it was hell, A flashbulb in front shedding bright
light, Causing much harm to her eyesight, Untold misery for more
than two years, Remembering loved ones and burst into tears, Then
forced to sign the documents, Already written without her
comments, Ignoring the pleading of not guilty, Regarding as a
confession, for the crime, Squeezed out by torture for a long
time, She was there like a fish out of water, No sincere friends
to advice about the legal matter, At last, she was set free, returned
to freedom, Lingering in the mind, the days of boredom.
