Kidwai presented SAARC LIFETIME LITERARY AWARD to Dr. Syed Akhtar Hussain Akhtar, eminent Punjabi scholar and poet and Chief Editor of ‘Lehran’, the first and the only Punjabi literary magazine brought out by him in Pakistan, against all odds.
